Intuitive Readings are a form of energy readings, where I call on Spirit Guides to answer your questions and bring clarity to present or future details in your life. During this session (via phone or Zoom call), I tap into high energy frequencies using visual aids or cards for guidance.
Mediumship Readings

Mediumship Readings are sessions where I bring in individual spirits who have passed over. During this session (via phone or Zoom call), I communicate with loved ones on the Other Side that wish to bring you clarity & guidance.
Intuitive & Mediumship Readings

A combination of an Intuitive Reading ( I call on Spirit Guides to answer your questions and bring clarity to present or future details in your life) and Mediumship Readings (I bring in individual spirits who have passed over).
Dual Readings

Two Psychic Mediums read for client at the same time. During this session (via phone or Zoom call), two mediums tap into and bounce off of each other’s high energy frequencies using visual aids or cards for guidance.
Private Sound Bowl Session

These Integrative Sound Sessions are a holistic practice that utilize the vibrational frequencies and soothing tones to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore harmony within the body and mind. During a session, Teresa uses sound bowls and other intstruments to target specific energetic and physical blockages in order to release tension, alleviate anxiety, and facilitate inner peace and well-being.
